Mr. Marenstein attended
California State University at Northridge before receiving his law degree from San
Fernando Valley Law School. He was certified by the State Bar of California as a
specialist in workers' compensation in 1978, and is a member of the California Applicant's
Attorney Association. He has argued before the California Court of Appeal and Supreme
Court, and has been active in drafting legislation favoring injured employees. He has been
honored by many safety organizations including L.A.P.P.L., P.O.P.A., and C.S.F.A. |
