Technical Support Help Page

Earth Oasis Computers offers support at your home or business, via the Internet using Live Remote Assistance or via telephone. In addition, residential and small business clients may be eligible to join the Earth Oasis Membership Club for support. Click here for more details.

Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 6PM and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM. Sometimes we are all out on service calls, so please call before visiting the shop. We are also in the shop late all to often, so don't be afraid to call after hours.

Our pricing effective August 22, 2011 are as follows:

Basic PC & Apple Mac Coaching, Consulting and Service for Residential Clients is $85 per hour with a one hour minimum.
Earth Oasis Membership Club Members get our services for $69 per hour, with only a 15 minute minimum for in home visits. Click here for details on how to join.
PC & Apple Mac Coaching, Consulting and Service for Small Business Clients is $95 per hour with a one hour minimum.
Earth Oasis Membership Club for Business Members get our services for $80 per hour, with only a 15 minute minimum for visits. Click here for details on how to join.
After Hours Emergency Service is $110 per hour with a one hour minimum. The charge for scheduled after hours service is up each technician, but will not exceed the Emergency rate.
Gas & Automotive Maintenance fee. There is a $2.50 fee per service call for clients within two miles of our shop. Clients farther than two miles from our shop, will be charged 50 cents ($0.50) per mile each way.
Telephone Support for issues not related to work already performed is $85 per hour for Residential clients and $95 per hour for Business Clients, with a $15 minimum fee. Earth Oasis Club Members get this service at no additional charge. See the Club page for details.
Live Remote Assistance (click here for more info) is $85 per hour for Residential clients and $95 per hour for Business Clients with a $25 minimum fee. Earth Oasis Club Members get this service at no additional charge. See the Club page for details.
Distance. Those Clients who are more than a reasonable distance from our office may also need to pay for driving time one way or both ways, depending on the distance and how long we are there. This is negotiable, so give us a call.
